Workout Injury

For the past month or so, I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my heel during my workouts.  It obviously hurt the most whenever I would do any leg exercises like squats or lunges.  However, I even noticed it in my every day events.  For instance, I was out shopping the other day for pirate party supplies for a friend’s party, and it was really bothering me.  I eventually had to come home and do my shopping online.  So, with my heel, I did some research online and discovered that my symptoms were that of plantar fasciitis.  The website I found was very helpful because it actually gave me some good tips on exercises to help heal the pain.  I’ve been doing the exercises over the past few weeks, and I’ve noticed a real difference.   I love the internet.  There’s an answer for everything.  Here’s hoping I’ll have a full recovery.
